- The person who owns the copyright or someone who is authorized by him needs to put their physical or electronic signature at the bottom of the page.

- To file a claim or a report about an item that may cause infringement or rather to ask for its removal or termination of access to it and finally provide details that will help FareShunt find such material.

Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content has been wrongly removed or made impossible for you to access, then you may send a counter notice to our Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identifying the removed or disabled content and finding out where it was before the removal or disabling.
- You shall make a declaration under pains and penalties of perjury that you believe in good faith that the content identified and removed was taken down because someone made a mistake when they identified it.
- Kindly furnish us with your names, mailing addresses, ZIP codes phone numbers including the agreement to submit to jurisdiction by the federal district court in the district where you stay. Alternatively, if your address is outside the United States provide any district in which the service provider can be located. You must also agree to accept any process for the person who gave notice on behalf of the alleged infringement.
